while lying on you back. With your knees up, you act like you're riding a bicycle, bringing your elbows to the opposing knees. This is an awesome
ab workout and produces great results. Finally there's that nifty exercise ball everyone is raving about. This sucker is ideal for crunches. It
provides a very strenuous stomach exercise that gets the job done right. Definitely my favorite of the bunch!
We all require regular stomachexercises. At least if we want a toned tummy and strong midsection. Give one of these ab routines a
